- Established Local Government looking for a Senior Customer Experience Officer

This role is within the public sector and is located in Rhodes.

Job Description

- Provide exceptional customer service across various communication channels, including phone, email and in-person interactions.
- Address and resolve customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify and escalate issues or complaints to the appropriate team or manager.
- Assist in improving processes and systems to enhance customer experience.
- Support the team in achieving service level agreements and performance targets.
- Provide training or guidance to junior team members as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Customer Experience Officer should have:

- Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering positive outcomes.
- Experience in handling customer enquiries in a professional setting.




- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Attention to detail and solid organisational skills.
- Problem-solving abilities to address and resolve customer concerns.
- Current class "C" driver's license
- Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one
- Current First Aid & CPR training
- Fluency in Mandarin or Korean
- Experience working within local government or a similarly regulated environment.
- Exposure to finance administration.
