Job Description

- Oversee daily production activities to achieve customer and business requirements
- Coordinate production schedules with planning teams and manage production priorities
- Manage production orders, reporting and master data within SAP
- Lead daily production meetings and supervise workforce allocation
- Ensure compliance with site safety, environmental and quality standards
- Coordinate production trials, process improvements and change management activities
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain inventory accuracy
- Manage production waste, investigate operational issues and support audits

The Successful Applicant





A successful Site Supervisor should have:

- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 7 years' experience within a manufacturing workplace
- Proven experience leading production teams and driving output performance
- Strong SAP production management experience
- Sound knowledge of EHS, quality and operational compliance requirements
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
