Wellways is seeking a Peer Facilitator for the Carer Gateway IPPS program in Upper Mount Gravatt, QLD. You will lead structured group sessions for Carers, drawing on the CHIME framework and peer support principles to foster protected, inclusive spaces.

You’ll deliver sessions on stress, sleep, communication, and navigating services like NDIS and My Aged Care, drawing on your lived experience to support others on their caring journey.
