Ashdown People in Leichhardt is seeking a Senior Property Officer - Commercial to support the management and development of a local council's commercial property portfolio. You will identify investment opportunities, prepare feasibility analyses, and manage property-related projects and agreements, working with tenants, developers, valuers and government authorities.

This 3-month contract offers 35 hours per week at $61.36 per hour, with an ASAP start.
