About TheRole

Your overall responsibility will beto provide quality, client-focused administrative services to thePractice and Compliance Team including the coordination of Learningand Development (L&D;) activities, our Restrictive PracticesPanel and reporting.

You are the glue that holds thePractice and Compliance team together. This is a busy team with awide range of functions and responsibilities. Being a friendlyface and first point of contact for many enquiries combined with aproactive approach to problem solving will help this team meettheir KPIs.

You will be the masterful coordinatorof L&D; events and a key player in working with internalstakeholders to improve attendance at training. Accurate andtimely recordkeeping is an essential part of this role, as is beinga super user of our L&D; system which includes online training,requiring accurate data entry andreporting.





You will keep on top of expiry datesfor Client Behaviour Support Plans and be on top of the nuance ofreporting needs across several different systems (NDIS Quality andSafeguards Commission Proda Portal and Department of Communitiesand Justice Restrictive Practices AuthorisationPortal).

Responsibilities include but are notlimited to:

- Planning,booking and organising L&D; related events andprograms.
- Setting up spaces for L&Dactivities; and supporting facilitators with resources andfacilities.
- Responding and actioning L&Dqueries; via phone and email.
- Capturing and recording attendance andevaluation records accurately and in a timely manner.
- Lodging recommendations fromInvestigation reports in the Incident ManagementSystem.
- Completing reporting in the NDISQuality and Safeguards Commission as an AuthorisedReportable Incident Notifier and Authorised ReportingOfficer and tracking in MS Teams.
- Coordinate the Sylvanvale RPA Panel andmaintain accurate records.
- Support the Practice and ComplianceTeam as required.

A valid NSW Drivers Licence isessential, and an offer will be subject to a police clearance, acurrent WWCC and a NDIS Worker ScreeningCheck.
