Our head office is in Corbould Park, just near Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast, and we run offices in Rockhampton and Hervey Bay as we grow our footprint across Queensland. The role

We're looking for a Marketing Manager who wants to build something, not just maintain it. You'll own our marketing end to end strategy, campaigns, creative and results. You will play a key part in shaping the team around you as we scale. This is a genuine prospect for someone hungry to grow with the business; as we get bigger, so does your role.

What you'll do
n
Plan and run digital campaigns across Meta, Google and beyond
n
Drive traditional marketing too (print, radio, local activations, signage and events)
n
Track performance and turn the numbers into better decisions
n
Help build and lead a marketing team as we expand
n
Work closely with sales and ops to keep the lead pipeline full
n
What you'll bring

Drive, initiative and a strong work ethic

The ability to learn fast and pick up new skills on the go
n
Marketing experience across digital (Meta, Google) and/or traditional channels
n
An interest in building and growing a team as the business scales
n
Deeper experience across digital or traditional marketing
