We're growing. Our Civil Infrastructure and Land Development team has secured a strong pipeline of projects across the South Coffs Harbourregion, and we're looking for a Project Engineerwho wants more than just a support role.

n

You'll be involved in delivering a range of civil infrastructure and land development subdivision projects, including roads, drainage, underground services, earthworks and associated civil works.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

You won't be stuck behind a desk. Working closely with the Project Manager and Supervisors, you will:

n

- Coordinate daily site activities and subcontractors.
n
- Manage quality assurance, ITPs and compliance documentation.
n
- Track costs, variations and progress claims.
n
- Provide input into short-term programming and project planning.
n
- Ensure safety standards and site procedures are upheld.
n
- Solve problems as they arise on active civil construction sites.
n
- Support the delivery of civil infrastructure and land development subdivision projects from early works through to completion.
n

This is a hands‐on role across active projects involving roads, drainage, underground services, bulk earthworks and subdivision infrastructure.

What We're Looking For

n

We're open to Engineers with 2–6 years' experience in civil construction who:

n

n
- Hold a Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
n
- Have experience in civil infrastructure, land development, subdivision or bulk earthworks projects.
n
- Understand QA, ITPs, cost tracking and project documentation processes.
n
- Can build solid working relationships with supervisors, subcontractors, clients and consultants.
n
- Take ownership and initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do.
n
- Are committed to delivering safe, high-quality work.
n
