Moorilla Estate’s Faro Restaurant in Berriedale, Hobart, TAS, seeks a Supervisor to lead front-of-house on a casual/part time basis. Join a high-end dining venue known for its wine list and dynamic service.

You will guide the floor, manage daily service, oversee wine service and cellar operations, train staff, upsell experiences, and ensure RSA compliance. Availability Thursday to Monday and weekends; RSA required; 2+ years leadership preferred; passion for wine and hospitality.
