- Communicate clearly and raise issues early

- Work safely and respect clients' homes, the site and the team

- Turn up on time and follow through on commitments

- Contribute to a team environment

- Must have transport, Tools, White card
n

About you

- Produces accurate work with a consistently high standard of finish

- Works independently, thinks ahead and solves problems

- Has own basic tools and reliable transport
n
- Experience in high-end residential work, renovations or detailed finish carpentry is highly regarded
