We are looking for reliable and hardworking Trades Assistants / Labourers to join our Installations team based in North Geelong.

n

About the Role

n

This is a hands‐on, full‐time role supporting the secure and efficient installation of our safety products at customer sites across Victoria. You'll work alongside experienced installers and report to our Installations Manager.

n

You'll be responsible for:

n

n
- Assisting with on‐site installation of bollards, barriers, line marking and signage
n
- Handling tools, equipment and materials required for each job
n
- Loading/unloading vehicles and maintaining a clean job site
n
- Following safety procedures and site instructions at all times
n
- Some jobs will require occasional overnight travel and stays away from home, with accommodation and allowances provided.

About You

n





You're someone who enjoys physical work and being part of a team that builds things that matter. You're reliable, safety‐conscious, and keen to learn new skills.

n

- Previous experience in construction, installation or manual labour, however we are willing to take on recent school leavers with a drive to grow
n
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job
n
- Basic tool handling experience and comfort working outdoors
n
- A reliable and professional worker
n
- Construction White Card (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Willingness and ability to travel and stay away overnight when required
n
- Forklift or EWP licence is a plus but not required
n
