Whether you’re building towards your first senior role or ready to take on greater responsibility, you’ll join a structured team with a clear development plan and support to strengthen your technical and client relationship skills.

Your role

Working alongside managers and partners, your responsibilities will reflect your experience and include:

- Preparing financial statements and tax returns.
- Preparing BAS and IAS and working through tax compliance matters, including Division 7A.
- Liaising with clients to gather information and resolve queries.
- Managing assigned jobs, budgets and deadlines.
- At senior level, taking on portfolio responsibility and reviewing work as appropriate.
- Developing the skills and confidence to move towards client management.

About you

You’ll bring:

- Australian public practice experience at intermediate or senior accountant level.
- A solid grounding in financial statements, tax returns and business services compliance.
- Clear communication skills and a professional approach to clients.
- Good organisation and attention to detail.
- An interest in developing your technical skills and taking on greater responsibility.

You don’t need to arrive with every skill for your next role already mastered. The firm is open to people with strong foundations and the potential to develop.

Salary and working arrangements

A package of up to $125,000 including super is available, depending on your experience and demonstrated capability. The upper end is intended for candidates operating at the stronger senior level.
