F45 Crows Nest is growing, and we're looking for an energetic, confident and people-focused Coach to join our team.

THE ROLE
n
You'll be responsible for:
n
n
- Coaching F45 group training sessions
n
- Demonstrating exercises and correcting technique
n
- Providing regressions and progressions where needed
n
- Bringing energy and creating an awesome atmosphere
n
- Learning members' names and building genuine relationships
n
- Motivating members of all fitness levels
n
- Helping with studio setup, pack-down and presentation
n
- Supporting studio events, challenges and community activities
n
- Creating a welcoming environment for new and existing members
n
n

Previous F45 experience is great, but attitude, personality and coaching ability matter more to us.

REQUIREMENTS
n
You'll need:
n
n
- Certificate III in Fitness – minimum
n
- Current First Aid & CPR
n
- Relevant industry registration/insurance where required
n
- Availability for early mornings, evenings and/or weekends
n
n
