We're looking for a reliable and confident Retail Team Member to join our Burwood store.

n

What You'll Do

n

Provide friendly customer service

n

Serve and package donuts and other products

n

Prepare coffee and beverages

n

Operate the POS and process customer transactions

n

Complete closing duties and keep the store clean and organised

n

Restock products and assist with daily store duties

n

Work independently when required

n

What We're Looking For

n

Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience

n

Confident working independently after training

n

Reliable and responsible

n

Friendly and customer-focused

n

Positive communication and organisational skills

n

POS or cash-handling experience is a plus

n

Availability

n

Monday and Tuesday

n





5:00pm to close

n

Availability for both evening closing shifts is preferred

n

Must be comfortable completing the store closing independently after the training period

n
