Kells the Lawyers – Shellharbour Village NSW

Due to the continued expansion of our litigation team, we are seeking a Junior Lawyer to join our Shellharbour office on a full-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated lawyer looking to develop their career in litigation and personal injury law within a supportive and growing team.

The role offers exposure to a broad range of matters, from workers compensation, MVA’s, public liability, medical negligence, and TPD’s allowing you to develop your skills across different areas of litigation while working closely with experienced practitioners. As the team continues to grow, there will be genuine opportunities to take on increasing responsibility and develop your career with the firm.

What we're looking for

- one to two years' PAE as a Lawyer
- excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner
- a desire to undertake plaintiff litigation
- Previous experience in personal injury, insurance litigation or plaintiff litigation will be highly regarded. However,



we are also interested in hearing from lawyers with broader litigation experience who are looking to develop their practice in these areas.
