Noah’s Creative Juices is growing — and we’re building our production team from the ground up!

We’re looking for Production / Packaging Operators to join our brand-new, state‑of‑the‑art food and beverage manufacturing facility in Melbourne’s South‑East.

If you’ve got manufacturing experience, enjoy working with machinery and like being part of a team that keeps things moving, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

You’ll be joining a new operation with plenty of opportunity to learn, grow and make your mark, while working alongside a team that takes pride in producing quality products safely and efficiently.

What will you be doing?

You’ll be an important part of the production team, helping turn quality products into finished goods ready for customers.

Your day will include:

- Operating production and packaging machinery
- Monitoring equipment and production processes
- Keeping materials stocked and production moving
- Assisting with product and packaging changeovers




- Performing quality checks throughout production
- Making basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting
- Packing and preparing finished products
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe production area
- Completing production records and documentation
- Following food safety, quality and WHS procedures
- Working closely with the wider team to keep production on track

What are we looking for?

We’re after someone who is reliable, switched-on and ready to get stuck in.

You’ll ideally have:

- Previous experience in production, manufacturing, FMCG, food & beverage or packaging
- Experience operating production or packaging machinery
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Strong attention to detail
- A positive, reliable and hardworking attitude
- A solid focus on safety and quality
- The ability to follow procedures and production requirements
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- A willingness to learn and grow

A current LF Forklift Licence and relevant manufacturing qualifications will be highly regarded.
