About the Role

n

Build relationships with Brisbane technology professionals, partner with clients and manage end-to-end recruitment from interview through to placement. This is a relationship-first role. Your success is measured by the quality of your candidate pipeline, and the experience candidates have working with Cadence Connect

n

Duties

n

Source, screen and interview candidates across Brisbane's technology market

n

Build and maintain an engaged, well-qualified talent pool for current and future roles

n

Manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, from first contact to placement and post-placement follow-up

n

Conduct reference checks and work-rights/eligibility checks

n

Partner with consultants to understand client briefs and ensure strong candidate-role fit

n

Skills & Experience

n

Experience in a candidate management, talent acquisition,



or agency recruitment role

n

Strong understanding of the IT/technology market and candidate landscape, or a genuine interest in building it

n

Excellent relationship-building and interviewing skills, with a genuine interest in people's careers

n

Highly organised, with the ability to manage a high-volume, moving candidate pipeline

n
