Bob's Bakery on Hamilton Island is seeking an experienced Baker for night production, crafting yeast-risen breads, sourdough and a range of pastries for the next day's trade. You'll work from about 4pm until midnight to 3am, in a busy island bakery.

You must have a Certificate III in Bakery, a valid driver's license, and proven skill making croissants and danishes from scratch. Subsidised furnished staff accommodation and island-wide employee discounts are available.
