HCA Youth & Community is seeking a Casual Residential Youth Worker to support children and young people in out-of-home care. You will help create a safe, secure and nurturing environment, building life skills, resilience and positive connections.

Rosters are planned in advance, offering flexibility and opportunities for consistent shifts as well as emergency and ad hoc work. You will work with a supportive team, receive supervision, and access ongoing training to maintain trauma-informed
