We are currently working with a highly regarded property agency to appoint a Senior Commercial Property Manager to their established team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take responsibility for one of the business's key and highly valued client portfolios, following the upcoming departure of a long-standing Property Manager. The portfolio has been carefully managed over a number of years and offers the opportunity to step into an established client relationship. The business is well known for its positive culture, low staff turnover, flexibility and supportive leadership team, with a genuine focus on providing its people with the autonomy and trust to manage their portfolios effectively.

The Role
Reporting to senior leadership, you will take ownership of a portfolio of commercial and industrial assets, acting as a trusted point of contact for owners and tenants.

Your responsibilities will include:

- End-to-end management of an established commercial and industrial portfolio
- Maintaining strong relationships with key owners and tenants
- Providing strategic property management advice and identifying opportunities to enhance asset performance
- Lease and tenancy management, including reviews, expiries, variations and renewals




- Budgeting, outgoings and financial management
- Coordinating maintenance, contractors and building services
- Managing arrears, compliance and general tenancy matters
- Regular property inspections and reporting
- Working closely with internal teams and senior leadership to deliver a high level of service

About You
We are looking for a senior and experienced Commercial Property Manager who is confident managing established client relationships and a varied portfolio.

You will ideally bring:

- Strong commercial property management experience, particularly across industrial and commercial assets
- A solid understanding of lease administration, budgeting, outgoings and maintenance
- Excellent client and tenant relationship management skills
- The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your portfolio
- Strong attention to detail and financial acumen
- A calm, professional and solutions-focused approach
- Current WA property registration and a driver's licence
