An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and highly motivated Warehouse Systems & Operations Officer to join a busy Perth-based supply and warehouse operation.

This is a hands-on hybrid role with an approximate 70% systems/administration and 30% warehouse operations focus. We are seeking someone with strong inventory systems, database and Excel experience who is equally comfortable supporting day-to-day warehouse activities and operating a forklift.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and maintain accurate inventory transactions across internal and client systems.
- Complete timekeeping and operational data entry.
- Maintain accurate inventory, warehouse and operational records.
- Use Microsoft Excel to analyse, reconcile and report on inventory and operational data.
- Investigate and resolve inventory and system discrepancies.
- Support goods receipting, stock movements, dispatch and inventory control.
- Complete stocktakes and cycle counts.
- Support receivals, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch activities.
- Safely operate forklifts and assist with loading and unloading vehicles.
- Support general warehouse operations during busy periods.

About You

- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics or inventory operations.
- Strong experience using inventory systems, WMS,



ERP systems or databases.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, PivotTables and data reconciliation.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience with inventory transactions and stock reconciliation.
- Current LF High Risk Work Licence.
- Demonstrated practical forklift operating experience.
- Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work across both systems-based and hands-on warehouse.
