The Opportunity

This is a permanent full time position offering above-award rates and the opportunity to work with one of WA's most established refrigerated transport operators.

The role involves:

- Operating Triple Road Trains on Pilbara routes
- Completing 3–4-day trips into the Pilbara region




- Multi-drop deliveries to a variety of customer sites
- Loading and unloading refrigerated freight
- Hand unloading where required
- Ensuring freight is delivered safely, professionally, and on time
- Completing required compliance and transport documentation
- Maintaining high standards of customer service while representing Sands Fridge Lines

This is a physically active role suited to drivers who enjoy being hands-on and take pride in delivering exceptional service.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Current MC Licence
- Minimum 1 year of Triple Road Train experience
- Current Forklift Licence
- Strong knowledge of Chain of Responsibility requirements
- Commitment to fatigue management and safe driving practices
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules
- Experience in refrigerated or temperature-controlled transport is highly regarded, but not essential as full training can be provided
- Physical capability to assist with loading and unloading duties
