Our client is a family-owned Australian business with 35+ years' experience designing and manufacturing custom steel stair kits delivered Australia-wide.

About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts while developing new business opportunities, owning the customer journey from initial enquiry and quoting through to order, production and delivery.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Answering incoming calls and quoting customer requirements accurately using MYOB
- Proactively following up outstanding quotes and making outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to grow sales
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date customer and chance records in Pipedrive
- Tracking orders through production and keeping customers informed of delivery timelines




- Taking ownership of customer issues and coordinating a timely resolution

About You

The successful candidate will have:

- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, ideally phone-based or B2B/trade rather than retail-only
- Full Australian work rights, ongoing with no visa restrictions
- Confident, clear phone communication and a professional manner
- Comfort working in a small, close-knit team without layers of support to lean on
- A willingness to make proactive outbound calls, not just handle inbound enquiries
- CRM/ERP experience (Pipedrive and MYOB knowledge highly regarded, though not essential)
