Responsibilities

- Perform end-to-end UAT activities across designated Australian technology solutions, following agreed test strategies and procedures.
- Create, review, and refine UAT test cases and scenarios based on documented business requirements and functional specifications.
- Log, track, and re-test defects identified during UAT, working with technical teams to ensure timely resolution and verification.
- Collaborate with business users, project managers, and external SG stakeholders to clarify requirements and validate test outcomes.
- Prepare clear UAT status reports and documentation, providing evidence-based recommendations regarding readiness for production release.
