Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Accountant to join our Finance team.

You’ll become an integral part of the hotel’s Finance function, gaining hands-on experience across the numbers behind a busy resort while working closely with teams across the property.

This is a wide-ranging role suited to an accountant who enjoys being involved in the detail, building strong relationships and understanding how Finance supports the wider hotel operation.

What you’ll be doing:

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities across the hotel
- Process and oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Complete bank, balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations
- Prepare daily and monthly financial information




- Assist with month-end close and reporting requirements
- Monitor outstanding accounts and support credit control processes
- Assist with budgets, forecasts and financial analysis
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure accounting standards are met
- Work with operational teams to resolve queries and support sound financial practices
- Identify ways to improve accounting processes and efficiencies
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, Accor policies and internal controls
