Job Description

Hamilton Island Enterprises' Bob's Bakery on Hamilton Island is seeking an experienced Baker for night production, baking yeast breads, sourdough, croissants and danishes from scratch. Shift starts around 4pm and runs to midnight–3am; you will work with the bakery team to meet daily trade while maintaining quality and food safety standards.

Certificate III in Bakery is essential, along with a valid driver's license, robust time management, and the ability to work in a busy, high-volume island
