Oz Education Boambee East is a large 5 room Centre, caring for 79 children daily. The centre is equipped with modern facilities and resources, creating a nurturing workplace for all children.

The role

n

We are seeking a Full-Time (Monday to Friday) Diploma Educator or Early Childhood Teacher who brings passion, experience and enthusiasm for early education. Join a positive, supportive workplace that values collaboration, wellbeing, and qualified growth.

Required Qualifications & Desired Skills

n

n
- Hold a Diploma/ECT in Early Childhood Education
n
- Valid Working with Children Check
n




- National Police Check
n
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
n
- Ability to form positive rapport with all children, families, management and educators
n
- Ability to confidently and clearly communicate, relate and interact with children, families, management and educators
n
- Ability to work without restrictions; no sponsorship available
n

- A demonstrated understanding of child protection and safeguarding responsibilities in early childhood settings
n
- Knowledge of mandatory reporting obligations and relevant child protection legislation

- Understanding of professional boundaries and appropriate behaviours when working with children
n
- Ability to identify and respond to indicators of abuse, harm, or neglect
n
- Knowledge of privacy and confidentiality requirements relating to children and families
n
- Experience implementing child-safe policies and procedures
