We are looking for an experienced CSSD Manager to join our team at Shepparton Private Hospital on a permanent full-time or part time basis!

About the Role

As the CSSD Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily coordination and allocation of resources within the department and you will liaise with 3rd parties to ensure all activities comply with Australian Standards. This is a key leadership position working closely with the Perioperative Services Manager and Executive Team to achieve organisational goals.

About You

To succeed in this role you must have a strong CSSD skillset along with previous managerial experience. You will also:

- Haveexceptional communication skillsto inspire, motivate and mentor your team
- Havean exceptional understanding of AS5369 as we make changes to comply with this standard
- Have 5 years minimum experience within a sterilisation team or unit.
- Have a Certificate lVin Sterilisation Services
- Have effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate the ability to effectively plan and manage financial, human and capital resources
- Demonstrateproblem solving and conflict resolution skills
