ABOUT THE ROLE

We're seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to lead our Fortitude Valley showroom team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth while building a high-performing team in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

You'll take ownership of showroom operations, sales performance, and team development while delivering exceptional customer experiences that build long‐term client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and manage showroom sales and operations, ensuring exceptional customer service standards
n
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and exceed targets
n
- Mentor and coach team members to achieve peak performance
n
- Process orders and manage client inquiries through Shopify with precision
n
- Oversee showroom presentation, visual merchandising, and stock management
n
- Build future growth plans within the Brisbane market
n
- Establish relationships with local interior designers, architects and related creative industry
n

ABOUT YOU
n
n
- Proven showroom or retail management experience (preferably furniture/premium lifestyle brands)
n
- Strong leadership and sales coaching skills with track record of exceeding targets
n
- Passion for exceptional customer service and design/furniture interest
n
- Excellent communication and relationship‐building abilities
n
- Proactive, hands‐on approach with solutions‐focused mindset
n
- Must be available to work one weekend day per week
n
- Keen eye for detail and brand presentation standards
n
- Experience in the furniture or aligned industry
n
