We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Workers to join a busy cold storage operation in Carrum Downs. This is an ongoing opportunity offering excellent hourly rates, consistent night shift hours, and the chance to work with a well-established team.

What's on Offer?
- $41.83 per hour
- Monday night to Thursday night roster
- 11:59pm start | Approx. 8-hour shifts
- 4-day working week

About the Role
Working within a 5-degree cold storage facility, you'll play a key role in preparing customer orders for dispatch.
Your duties will include:
- Cleaning and preparing returned polystyrene "Esky" boxes for reuse
- Removing and disposing of any rubbish left in returned Esky's
- Sanitising and inspecting boxes to ensure they meet quality standards
- Packing customer orders into Esky's ready for delivery
- Adding dry ice and securing lids before sealing cartons
- Assisting with quality control processes including metal detector checks
- Preparing completed orders for dispatch and transport
What We're Looking For
- Ability to work night shift consistently
- Comfortable working in a cold environment (5 degrees)
- Physically fit and able to perform repetitive manual tasks
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety
