Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group is a family-owned aged care provider operating 42 residential aged care homes, with in-home and community care programs in WA, ACT and NSW. We’re looking for a dynamic Revenue Officer to join our accounts team, focusing on our NDIS and Home Care business. This is a full-time role based at our corporate office in West Perth.

About the role

Reporting to our Financial Controller, you will provide centralised support to manage accounts receivable processes, focusing on Home Care and NDIS claims as well as client and participant invoices. This is a critical role that ensures our compliance with NDIS, Department of Health, and Aged Care regulatory standards. In addition to the accounting responsibilities, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure clear cross-functional communication.

What you’ll bring

- Previous experience in a Revenue Officer role, ideally with knowledge of NDIS/PRODA systems





- An understanding of the regulatory and quality frameworks within Aged Care (including Home Care) and NDIS

- Excellent time management and organisation skills, with an ability to meet targets within tight deadlines

- Proven ability to build meaningful relationships with operational and clinical stakeholders

- NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)

- Full Australian working rights
