About the Role
Symmetry HR is seeking a reliable and motivated Process / Production Worker to join our client based in Altona North. This hands-on role involves operating production machinery, supporting manufacturing processes, and assisting with warehouse duties in a quick-paced environment.
This position is ideal for candidates who have previous machine operating, process work, or warehouse experience and are confident working with larger, heavier machinery.
What's Involved?
- Operating production and processing machinery
- Running larger and heavier machines safely and efficiently
- Monitoring production processes and maintaining quality standards
- General warehouse and production duties
- Manual handling and other associated tasks
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
What We're Looking For
✅ Previous machine operation, process work, manufacturing, or warehouse experience
✅ Excellent communication skills
✅ Reliable, punctual, and flexible with work duties
✅ Comfortable operating larger and heavier machinery
✅ Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
✅ Full working rights in Australia
✅ Own reliable transport and current driver's licence
✅ Able to work Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm
