The Role

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a CEO during a period of leave. Based on-site in Melbourne's inner west, this is a full-time temporary assignment suited to a confident and highly organised EA who can step into a fast-paced workplace, quickly build relationships and work autonomously.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Complex diary and calendar management
- Coordinating meetings, appointments and schedules
- Managing correspondence and competing priorities
- Liaising with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing documentation and providing general executive support
- Proactively managing priorities on behalf of the CEO

About you - To be successful, you'll bring:

You will be an experienced Executive Assistant who is comfortable supporting at CEO or senior executive level. You’ll have exceptional organisational and communication skills,



strong attention to detail and the ability to confidently manage changing priorities with minimal direction. You’re confident working autonomously, can build relationships quickly, and can hit the ground running from day one.

Benefits

- Full-time hours | 8:30am–4:30pm
- Contract dates: Monday 6 October – Sunday 9 November
- $60 per hour + super
- Weekly pay-cycle
