Job Description

RecruitShop is seeking a Leading Hand for demolition and interior strip-outs in Sydney. You will supervise a crew of 5–10 labourers, coordinate in office activities, and drive the pace of work with hands-on leadership.

Role requires a minimum of 3 years in construction, a valid driver's license, and a current White Card. The work is site-based across Sydney with overtime as applicable and potential for a work vehicle.
