Beare Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Service Coordinator & Customer Experience professional to join our Virginia depot on Brisbane's northside. You’ll be the first voice for homeowners, builders and commercial clients, coordinating scheduling, quotes and job updates across SIMPRO and other tools.

You’ll work directly with the Director and Office Manager, improving processes, and ensuring a smooth daily operation. 3+ years in a similar role, robust English, and MS 365 skills are essential.
