Latrobe Regional Health is recruiting a Nurse Unit Manager for the Macalister Unit in Gippsland. You will lead clinical, operational and strategic delivery of recovery-focused mental health care in an inpatient setting, guiding multidisciplinary teams and driving service development.

The role requires Division 1 RN with current AHPRA and postgraduate mental health nursing qualifications, at least five years of senior nursing experience, and solid governance, communication and stakeholder
