Job Description

Silicone Sealing Technician role in premium caravan and vehicle manufacturing. You will work in a modern, clean, well-ventilated facility performing high-finish sealing work with a mix of aesthetic sealing, general detailing, and assembly tasks.

Key responsibilities

Apply flawless internal and external silicone beads to visible seams and panels

n

Ensure clean, consistent, and leak-free finishes on structural joints and roofs

n

Assist with final handover detail cleans to ensure a pristine finish

n

Help with internal cabin fit-outs when production workflow allows

n

About you

n

Strong background in qualified caulking, glazing, or caravan/automotive sealing

n

Exceptional motor skills with a steady hand for perfectly consistent lines

n

Solid understanding of different industrial sealants, primers, and curing processes

n

Reliable team player happy to pivot from fine silicone work to final clean-downs
