About the Role

n

Reporting to the Operations and Retail Lead the Customer Service and Retail Officer provides front-line customer service and operational support to ensure a welcoming, efficient and well-presented golf facility, contributing to consistent service delivery and high-quality leisure outcomes aligned with Council's vision for a healthy and connected community.

We're looking for people who:

- Have a genuine passion for golf
n
- Have experience in golf and/or customer service
n
- Enjoy meeting and helping people
n
- Are friendly, energetic and reliable
n
- Are available across the summer period, including weekends and public holidays
n
- Is a proficient user of Mi Club and Mi Membership platforms
n
- Have sound knowledge of the game of golf and golf products
n
- Have good personal presentation and communication skills
n

You'll be part of a team delivering a welcoming, enjoyable experience for golfers of all ages and abilities at one of the Mornington Peninsula's best public golf destinations.
