Merivale's The Whale Narooma invites a hands-on Front Office Manager to lead guest experiences, front desk operations and housekeeping coordination in a boutique coastal retreat.

You will work with the General Manager on food and beverage, mentor teams, manage KPIs, rostering and revenue forecasting, and ensure premium service from arrival to departure.

The role emphasises relationship building with guests and OTA partners, using PMS and POS systems to deliver seamless stays.
