Job Description

Pearl Home Care Gladstone is seeking a Qualified Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred support to consumers in their homes and the community. You will work under the Care Manager and Resource Coordinator to deliver services in line with individualised care plans.

Applicants should have Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and/or Disability) or equivalent, a National Police Check, First Aid, CPR, Manual Handling, and a current Working with Children Check where required,
