MLHD is seeking a Geriatric Medical Lead – Community Aged Care and Aged Care Outreach Service to provide clinical leadership and strategic direction across community, residential aged care and hospital settings. You will shape models of care with a focus on keeping older people well in the community and reducing hospital admissions.

The role requires FRACP/FRACGP or equivalent, and eligibility for specialist registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
