Nextt is seeking an experienced male Disability Support Worker to provide dedicated 1:1 support to a male participant with a psychosocial disability in Slacks Creek. The role requires structured, person-centred and trauma-informed care to promote wellbeing and independence.

You will help with daily activities, community participation, and emotional regulation, while building a respectful, qualified relationship and ensuring the participant's choices and cultural values are respected.
