The Company

This is a rare opportunity to join the legal team of a leading Australian organisation operating at the forefront of infrastructure, sustainability, energy and environmental services.

The Role

You will play a key role in supporting major projects that deliver essential services and contribute to Australia’s evolving infrastructure landscape.

In this diverse and highly commercial role, you will partner directly with business leaders, project teams, and procurement professionals, providing strategic legal advice across the full lifecycle of major projects. From tender and bid submissions through to contract negotiation, project delivery, and operational support, you’ll be involved in complex, high-value matters that have a genuine impact on the business.

You will have the opportunity to advise on a broad range of commercial, construction and infrastructure agreements, negotiate key contractual arrangements, support procurement activities and help manage legal and commercial risk on significant projects. No two days will be the same, and you’ll enjoy being embedded in the business rather than operating solely as an adviser from the sidelines.

About You





You will have approximately 3-5 years’ PQE gained in a reputable law firm or in-house legal team. Experience in construction, projects, infrastructure, energy, commercial contracting or related sectors will be highly regarded. Most importantly, you will be commercially minded, solutions-focused, and eager to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
