Job description

The Role

We are seeking reliable Grain Handlers to join a busy operation in Grong Grong, NSW, within the agriculture and grain industry. This is a hands-on, outdoor role supporting grain receivals, storage, and movement across the site. You'll work in a fast-paced, team-focused setting where safety, quality, and efficient operations are key.

Key Responsibilities

This role supports the safe and efficient handling, storage, and movement of grain throughout the site.

- Operate grain handling equipment including augers, conveyors, hoppers, and loaders
- Load and unload grain from trucks and storage facilities
- Conduct grain sampling and monitor product quality
- Assist with weighbridge operations and inventory records
- Complete equipment checks and basic maintenance
- Perform shovelling, sweeping, tarp work, and bunker duties
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
