We’re excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Assistant Development Manager to join our growing Land Lease Communities team in Victoria. This role is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their development career while contributing to community centred, market leading projects within a high growth portfolio.

Focusing on Halcyon Horizon, you’ll join a passionate team delivering vibrant communities that include freestanding homes, clubhouses, recreational facilities and beautifully designed open spaces.

We're Looking For

An experienced Assistant Development Manager who is ready to take greater ownership of a project and confidently coordinate a diverse range of stakeholders.

You’ll bring development experience, natural leadership capability, and the confidence to keep projects moving. You will communicate clearly, build trust and take initiative.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work closely with Development, Project Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Community and Home Specialist teams to deliver quality homes, nurture prospective buyers and create positive experiences for homeowners and the broader community.

You will:

- In time, take ownership of day to day development activities and help maintain momentum across the project
- Prepare and update project feasibilities, forecasts and financial reporting within a capital partnership structure
- Partner with the Project Management team to support the delivery of homes and maintain agreed quality standards
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on market initiatives, community events and sales outcomes
- Build trusted relationships with consultants, delivery partners, prospective buyers, homeowners and community stakeholders

Experience & Skills That Count

- Experience in property development, with readiness to operate at an experienced Assistant Development Manager level
- Exposure to residential built form, sales and marketing
- Experience supporting project feasibilities, financial updates, planning, approvals or delivery activities
- Strong stakeholder management skills, clear communication and the confidence to navigate challenging conversations
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in property, development or a related discipline, along with a current driver’s license
