Our client is a leading global investment management business with a diverse range of specialist investment capabilities. The organisation supports institutional and intermediary investors across multiple markets and have a strong team of 350 people in Sydney.

Sitting within the Distribution function, this senior role will lead the development and delivery of high-quality RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and consultant database submissions. You will act as a senior subject-matter expert, managing the team’s workflow and partnering with stakeholders across Investments, Product, Distribution, Legal, Compliance, ESG, Risk and Operations.

The role would suit an experienced asset management proposals professional who combines strong investment knowledge and exceptional writing skills with the ability to lead a team, manage senior stakeholders and continuously improve content, technology and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, consultant database updates and bespoke client questionnaires.

- Manage team workflow, submission timelines, stakeholder contributions, governance and quality control across multiple concurrent projects.

- Produce and edit clear, accurate and commercially compelling content tailored to institutional and intermediary audiences.

- Partner with senior stakeholders to gather, challenge and validate complex investment, operational, regulatory and ESG information.

- Lead content governance, including version control, approval workflows, standard responses and consultant database content.

- Manage and develop RFP team members while driving improvements across proposal technology, automation and workflow efficiency.





Skills & Experience:

- At least five years’ experience across RFPs, proposal management, consultant databases, investment marketing, product support or client servicing within asset management.

- Strong understanding of institutional investment management, asset classes, investment structures and client due diligence requirements.

- Demonstrated experience managing complex and concurrent submissions within tight deadlines.

- Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills, with the ability to translate technical information into compelling client-facing content.

- Robust stakeholder and project management capabilities, with prior team leadership experience viewed favourably.

- Experience with proposal and content-management platforms such as Qvidian, Salesforce, Red Oak, Loopio or similar.
