We’re partnering with a much-loved Australian lifestyle brand to find an experienced retail leader to take ownership of a five-store WA portfolio.

This is a great opportunity for a strong Flagship Store Manager ready to broaden their scope, or an existing Cluster/Area Manager looking for a hands-on role with plenty of autonomy.

You’ll have a home store based at either Booragoon or Carousel, supported by a Senior ASM, while spending two days each week visiting the wider WA cluster. The balance is ideal for someone who loves being close to their teams but is ready to influence performance beyond a single store.

You’ll be responsible for driving commercial results, developing Store Managers and building high-performing teams, while ensuring customers receive a consistent and memorable experience across the portfolio.

This is a people-first leadership role, with explicit commercial accountability.

What you’ll be doing

- Lead the performance and day-to-day operations of your home store
- Support, coach and develop Store Managers across the five-store WA portfolio
- Drive sales, KPIs, wage performance and other key commercial measures
- Build engaged, high-performing teams through coaching, feedback and development
- Maintain strong customer experience and brand standards across the cluster
- Oversee key operational areas including rostering, VM, stock and compliance
- Identify opportunities to improve performance and share best practice across stores
- Develop talent and support succession planning across the WA team
- Be a visible, hands-on leader who brings energy,

You’ll be someone who…

- Has solid experience as a Flagship Store Manager, Cluster Manager or Area Manager
- Is commercially savvy and enjoys working with KPIs and budgets
- Is passionate about coaching and developing people
- Knows how to balance the detail of store operations with the bigger picture
- Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Is organised, accountable and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Leads from the front and creates a positive, high-performance team culture
- Loves retail and genuinely enjoys seeing their teams succeed
