We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead a brand-new store opening at Warringah Mall this side of Christmas!
This is a great opportunity for a strong retail leader who enjoys building a team, setting the standard and creating a high-performing store from day one.

About the role

- Lead the new Warringah Mall store
- Build and develop a team of part-time and casual team members
- Recruit and create your team ahead of opening
- Drive sales, KPIs and customer experience
- Set the culture and standards from day one
- Work closely with the wider leadership team
- FULL pre-opening training will be provided

What we're looking for...
We’re looking for a hands-on and commercially driven Store Manager who:

- Has proven Store Manager experience
- Is confident recruiting and developing a team
- Knows how to drive sales and KPIs
- Leads from the front and sets high standards




- Creates a positive and energetic store culture
- Is customer focused and commercially minded
- Enjoys the challenge of opening and building a recent store

The store will be a multi-brand retail environment, so we're open to candidates from a range of retail backgrounds!
The package
$80K–$90K + Super
Tuesday–Saturday roster
Mid-November store opening
Pre-opening training provided
