About the Role
This is a sales role first and a management role second.
As Store Manager, you will lead from the floor, working alongside your team to drive sales, build customer relationships and maximise every opportunity.

You won't be spending your days hidden away completing administration. You'll be close to the customer, close to your team and close to the numbers.

You will:

- Personally drive sales and lead by example on the floor
- Coach the team to improve sales performance and customer engagement
- Build genuine relationships with customers through personalised styling
- Drive store KPIs, budgets and overall commercial performance
- Identify opportunities to increase conversion and maximise every interaction
- Develop confidence and capability across the sales team
- Maintain strong visual merchandising and presentation standards
- Oversee stock, rostering and day-to-day store operations
- Create an inclusive and welcoming setting for every customer
- Build a positive, accountable and performance-focused team culture

What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who genuinely loves selling.
You may already be an experienced Store Manager,



or you could be an ambitious Assistant Manager ready to step up if your sales capability is strong.

You will ideally bring:

- A proven track record in consultative or high-touch retail sales
- Strong personal sales performance and confidence working to targets
- Experience coaching others to improve their selling skills
- Previous retail leadership experience
- A genuine passion for fashion, styling and customer connection
- Confidence working with customers one-on-one and providing styling advice
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to make customers feel comfortable
- Commercial awareness and confidence with KPIs and budgets
- A hands-on leadership style and willingness to lead from the front
- Fitting room or personalised styling experience highly regarded
