Hands-on company accountant

Company Background

Our client is a wholesale protein importer, exporter and supplier, providing premium products to international markets and major cruise lines globally. As a family-owned company, they foster a supportive setting for their employees.

The Role

This hands-on Company Accountant role supports the day-to-day finance function on a standalone capacity. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable processing

- Conducting invoicing, orders, payments and bank reconciliations

- Reconcile and maintain customer, supplier and financial records

- Assist with BAS preparation and monthly financial reporting





- Ad hoc office administration, customer coordination and account enquiries

Your Background

To be considered for this Company Accountant role, you should have prior experience in all-round accounts roles and possess the following:

- Immediately available

- Unrestricted work rights in Australia for the next 3 months

- Experience in a fast-paced, hands-on business

- Exposure to foreign or multi-currency transactions is highly regarded
