We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef Manager to lead the kitchen at Uniting – Kari Court in St Ives. This is an opportunity for a chef who enjoys taking ownership, leading from the front and delivering food that makes a genuine difference to the people we serve.

What You'll Be Responsible For

As Chef Manager, you will oversee the daily operation of the kitchen, ensuring every meal is prepared safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.





Your role will include:

- Leading and coordinating day-to-day kitchen operations
- Preparing fresh, nutritious meals through efficient bulk cooking
- Creating texture-modified meals and catering to individual dietary requirements
- Coordinating tray service and meal distribution
- Building positive relationships with residents, staff and the wider team
- Maintaining exceptional food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Managing food preparation and kitchen workflow
- Delivering warm, professional customer service
- Working confidently and independently
